Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to be charged 50% of cancelled appointment. No-show appointments are subject to be charged 50% of no-showed appointment. 15 minutes late or longer are to be rescheduled and are subject to be charged 50% of the service booked.
